Stephane LeBlanc is a strategic leader in Canadian defence procurement, recognized for fostering economic benefits and industrial participation across the sector. As the executive responsible for economic benefits on the F-35 fighter program, he developed national strategies that advanced policy and created opportunities for Canadian industry. His efforts have left a lasting impact on defence investments, industry collaboration, and the alignment of commercial objectives with government priorities.
With extensive insight into the Canadian and North American defence landscape, Stephane previously served as a Trade Commissioner for defence and security, helping Canadian companies access new markets and establish global partnerships. His experience includes organizing and leading missions to major international defence exhibitions, facilitating critical collaborations and sustained growth for clients.
